Entire Body Turns Red While Speaking. How Can I Overcome This?

HI there. I have been having an issue with my chest , arms, and sometimes my face turning blotchy red whenever i am put on the the spot or speaking to others. It is very embarrassing which often makes it worse. It s really irritating when i am asked a question in class or during an interview, and my entire body turns into a tomato. Hi ! This is a kind of anxiety disorder which is not uncommon. To overcome this you have to practice speech therapy either standing in front of the mirror or in front of your family members/friends who are supportive. If these do not work, you can consult a Pshychiatrist, who may put you on some kind of anti anxiety drugs for some time till you recover.
Wishing you an early recovery.
