General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Usually the main symptoms of heart attack is pain in the left side of the chest, may be radiating to the left shoulder, left upper & lower arm with ENORMOUS sweating. For Diabetic this main symptoms may be absent during Heart Attack
Palpitation and giddiness alone need not be heart attack but has to be investigated.
Master check up like investigations are needed - at least ECG - after consulting cardiologist - and if necessary Neurologist to access the blood flow to brain by CT brain or MRI cervical spines if advised by Neurologist. Treatment as per INVESTIGATION & DR'S advice only.
Best Wishes
