Every Two Days I Suffer From An Eyebrow Headache And It Lasts From Three To Four Hours

Every two days I suffer from an eyebrow headache and it lasts from three to four hours. Most of the times it happens when I am late to have lunch but today for instance I had lunch on time, slept and when I woke up it starts. It s been 4 hours and I m still suffering. How can I get rid of this pain? Thank u.

I am not a doctor but i used to face similar difficulty as of you. Some of the suggestion to avoid this
1. Never Skip your breakfast. Keep something light with you to eat and make sure your stomach is not completly empty.
2. Consult eye doctor this can be due to strain on eyes.
3. Do some physical exercise (gym / play/ Yoga)

hi
u can take analgesic for pain .
but u must consult doctor to know the reason
it may be tension headache ,viral infection ,sinusitis or migraine.
do rest and give ur eye rest.wear goggles while going outside
