Excessive Anger, Spotting, Odd Period. Am I Nearing Menopause?

i am 41years old female just this year i am finding my periods something odd first 2 days i find little blood then on 3rd day the flow starts HEAVY for nearly 2 days. I am nearing MENOPAUSE. as nowadays get very angry, feel full body heaty. how to count my cycle from the day 1 i see spotting as we do not use any protection, just on ovaluation period avoid sex

thank you for using health care magic,
its unlikely that you are getting menopause.. as usual age for menopause is around 50 years and you are just 41.. these symptoms which you mentioned can be because of premenstrual syndrom ..many women feel like this..
from your information it seems its difficult to judge day 1of your cycle..
i will suggest you to use some birth control method like condom ,pills, or you can also go for IUD insertion..
