Experiencing Chest Pain,headache And Shoulder To Neuro Pain
dear sir,kindly note for fast one year i have left chest pain, chest tightness , headache,shoulder to finger neuro pain . Also i have consult more heart doctors,nuero doctors, sigalogist doctors,but i am still we have same problem. Also kindly note when the pain comes at the same time i feel to release the gas .

if all the investigations regarding heart comes normal like ecg , 2 d echo , stress test , treadmill test and if you have already visited a cardiologist and he rendered you with a healthy heart
you should visit a general physician who can give you some medications for gastritis like proton pump inhibitors for eg pantoprazole
consider getting a chest xray to rule out any organic lung disease
