Experiencing Extreme Numbness, Tingles In Thumb. Pain Radiates To Forearm. Reduces When Standing Up. Recommendations?

At night I am experiencing extreme numbness and tingles in thumb, forefinger and middle finger occassionally ring finger on my right hand. Pain radiates throught the forearm. I get brief release when I sit-up or or stand up and let the arm hang. Should I see a doctor or chiropractor for potential pinched nerve concerns?

It is probably a median nerve involvement at the elbow/forearm level. Rest the arm in most comfortable position, try neurobion forte tabs twice a day for 3 weeks and consult a orthopedic doctor also
