Experiencing Extreme Tachycardia, Have Features Of Dysautonomia, Get Hives In Cold Weather. Do I Need To Worry?

Experiencing Extreme tachycardia (also feels like I had shot of adrenaline). Trying to figure out trigger. Tonight, Ate bread (after trying gluten free for awhile. Did have some caffeine (1 glass coke) Have some features of dysautonomia, and I get hives in cold weather. Otherwise healthy Any ideas?!

I read your query and would like to say you don't have to worry to much.
However you should avoid to drink caffeine and you can use betablockers to control the tachycardia.
Also i suggest to consult a psychiatrist to contribute to relief of disautonomia.
