Experiencing Headaches With Dizziness And Blurred Vision. Why Am I In Look Out For Bright Light?

i have suddenly started experiencing headaches at the top of my head, coupled with a bit of dizziness and then my vision gets blurry. it starts with my eyes almost feeling like i have no peripheral vision and then as if i have been looking at a bright light, so when i try to focus on reading, i can t make out the writing properly. what could be the cause?
