Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic.
There can be different causes which can result in these kinds of symptoms.
My advice is to visit an O&G specialist and let him/her do an ultrasound scan and some blood tests for hormone levels. The various causative factors can be Thyroid abnormalities,Poly cystic ovarian disease,Growth hormone abnormalities,or can be caused by taking certain tablets. If needed the doctor will send you to an Endocrinologist as well.Any way,its completely treatable once the cause is found out.So no need to worry.
Have a great day.
