Experiencing Nausea, Bloating, Itching On Abdomen After Having Anal Sex. What Can It Be?

hi, I had anal sex with my partner almost 3 weeks ago, 3 days after I had my period, and now 3 weeks after I'm experiencing very wierd symptoms such as nauseas, bloating, I feel like I have a hole in my upper adomen like if Im hungry, but even after I have eaten , I sometimes have itchin
g on that same upper area of my abdomen, and I feel very gassy(farts), what can it be, I'm very worried.
