Hi I have been experiencing flu like symptoms without cough cold for a few weeks with a low grade fever 37.6-9 but today it's got much worse. My whole body aches and I have lower back pain. I'm nauseous and have pains in my stomach. I am being investigated for crohns following a hospital admission sept 12. I don't have diarreah and my temp has gone up to 38.7
