Experiencing Pain While Sneezing & Coughing

Hi, am 31 year old male. Hace been feeling some sort of pain while sneezing and coughing for the last couple of days. I recently started execercising(just 4 days before after a long break) and feeling the pain since then. Could you please help me. It hurting even when I try to sit on a chair.

you need to consult a Pulmonologist who can request for some blood investigations and a chest X-ray to rule out some causes like infections

it can be due to bacterial or a viral cause

better to get evaluated

nothing to panic

if there is some infective cause it can easily b e dealt with by taking some antibiotics which will be prescribed by your physician
