Experiencing Shaking Of My Whole Body For No Apparent Reason
i shake for no apparent reason and right after i am really tired and sometimes dizzy usually both i often take it as a sign i must be tired but in the middle of the day or when i am wide awake it makes no sense. these are getting worse and worse and it is not just a hand or an arm, my whole body jolts and jerks.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to: 1. Cerebellar pathology 2. Neuro-muscular in-coordination. 3. Any fluctuation in blood pressure levels 4. Altered blood sugar levels 5. Inadequate hydration & nutrition status. 6. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, etc. Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure and blood sugar level, MRI of brain & nerve conduction studies will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
So, it will be better to consult a Neurologist for proper clinical examination. Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, take proper rest and avoid stress.
Wishing a Good Health. Take care.
