Hello
Well come to health care magic
Dear patient, his shortness of breath could be due to cardiac or pulmonary cause , so you should get him checked by both a cardiologist and a pulmonologist and the treatement will depend up on the cause of breathlessness
thanks
Dr Arshad
First go and visit your cardiologist and repeat an Echo. Secondly, get a lung function test done. If he is smoking he my have bronchitis( acute or chronic) which could be the reason for his breathlessness.
Dr Indu Bubna
Pulmonologist
