Experiencing Sneezing And My Voice Has Gone. Did I Catch Flu Or Cold?

I was driving and something felt like it flew up my nose, then I just started sneezing, I kept sneezing for about 10 mins, I got home and took a nap and when I woke up, I was stuffy, woke up this morning and my voice is gone. Did I catch the flu or a cold?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be havinf allergic respiratory tract infection leading to oedema on vocal cord giving rise to loss of voice.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
Take antihistamine or decongestant medicine for 2-3 days.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
