Hi My report reads Uterus is anteverted, gravid. There are twin intrauterine gestational sac. Foetal pole is not yet visulaized on both sac. GSD1 = 10mm = 5 weeks 4 days GSD1 = 9 mm = 5 weeks 3 days No subchorionic hemorrhage Internal OS closed Left ovarian simple cyst of 34 X 33 mm. Right ovary is normal
You have twin intrauterine gestational sac means twin pregnancy. 1. One GSD(Gestational sac diameter) measures 10 mm corresponding to 5 weeks 4 days. 2.Another GSD(Gestational sac diameter) measures 9 mm corresponding to 5 weeks 3 days.
But fetal pole is not visualized at present ,so you need follow up scan after two weeks to confirm viability.
Other findings are normal, like there is no subchorionic hemorrhage and internal OS is closed. There is left ovarian simple cyst measuring 34 X 33 mm. Hope i have answered your query.
