Extreme Dizziness, Unable To Walk Or Stand, Moderate Pain In Left Ear. Ultrasound Shows Carotid Arteries. Treatment ?

I had an attack of extreme dizziness which rendered me incapable of walking or even standing. I was taken to the hospital i was X-rayed, MRI of my head, Ultasound of my heart, caroidt arteries, and complete blood work up. All were pretty much normal. I was discharge still having bouts of dizzy spells although they are becoming less frequent and less severe. I am having moderate pain in the area of my left ear. How should I proceed

I think this could be due to labyrinthine pathology, take some labyrinthine sedatives and labyrinthine vasodilators like Tab stugeron or Tab vertin and do labyrinthine rehabilitation exercises Like rotate your eyes in all directions like right>left>up>down , then bend your neck up>down>right>left for 10-15 times a day . Exercises are very useful. thanks
