Extreme Fatigue, Pain In Chest, Shortness Of Breath, Low BP. Healthy Lifestyle. History Of Depression. Age Related?

My question is for the past year I have been experiencing extreme tiredness and sometime not always I may have some pain in my left upper side, sometimes shortness of breath. But my extreme tiredness seems to be the most consistent symptom. I weigh 115 lb. five feet tall exercise on regular basis that includes weight lifting also. I am 62 years of age and like to be active. I also have noticed my blood pressure seems to be rather low. Is this part of the aging process? I have had depression at different times, but, do not feel this is depression related. I have the real desire to get up and do, just cannot put one foot in front of the other.

My advice:
1. Get baseline heart check up done. It should include ECG, Echocardiography, and TMT. TMT would answer most of the questions.

2. Low BP should not pose a problem. As you excercise, keep yourself well hydrated.
