Extreme Hotness In The Body Even When It Is Extremely Cold Outside. Vomiting At Times And Frequent Urination. What Could Be The Reason?

My family lives in Upstate NY where during the winter it is very cold, and I have a 5 year old son that complains all the time that he is extremely hot on the inside of his body. It has gotten to the point that he can only wear a t shirt to school, and at home no shirt at all. I can't even have the heat on in the car! He sometimes is so hot that he vomits, and I have noticed that he pees a lot. Any ideas?

Before coming to a diagnosis i will like to ask you certain questions.

What is his body temperature measured by thermometer?

Any past illness history?

Duration of illness?

Is it associated with Headache,Seizures,Tremor,sweating,difficulty in vision?

For how many hours does it last?

Any history of diabetes in family?

I will advice you have some investigations done as it will help in diagnosis:
Routine Blood and Urine examination
Random blood sugar,
Thyroid profile.
