May be this is due to your
depression. I will ask you some question-
1. Is there any problem in your personal life or work place recently?
2. Have you lost interest in activity which was pleasurable to you earlier(like watching movies, gossiping etc.)?
3. Do you confind yourself into your room mostly?
4. Do you feel irritated while talking to someone?
5. Any sign of hopelessness or helplessness?
6. Decreased apetite?
7. Decrased/ increased sleep?
8. Negetive thoughts all the time?
if answer to most of the question is yes then you should start antidepressant and
consult a psychiatrist. Along with medication and
yoga will also be helpful.
if most of the answer (at least 6)C is NO, check for any other symptom which may indicate any disease. that also may cause depression.
