Face Is Red And Achy After Using Makeup. Used Erytop Cream. Should I Continue?

Hi. This is Archana. I am 25th yrs old. I had done makeup on my face before 2 days and used lakme foundation with eye shadow etc... on my face but I used same at many times before that. but on same day my face became red and eaching started. After one day I used Erytop cream advised by my beauty parlor mam. so is that cream is good or I have to used another cream on my face please suggest me.

Thanks for writing to us.
It seems you might have developed contact irritant dermatitis due to your make up. Foundations and eye shadows too have an expiry and should not be used beyond an year or two. Erytop would not help in the same as it is an anti acne cream. You need to apply a steroid cream like fluticasone for few days and an oral antihistamine like cetirizine for few days. Also avoid application of cosmetics for few days.
