Fainted After A Fall. Need To Go To Emergency?
My 11 year old son was on our trampoline and was doing a flip. Landed on top of his head and he heard a sound in his neck and it hurt his neck badly. Doesn t hurt lying down but does hurt sitting up. He can move all extremities. He almost fainted after it happened. He s lying down but do we need to go to the emergency room?

He needs immediate examination and investigation to look for any internal brain injury.
At the same time x rays of neck to be done to look for any neck injury.
