Fatigue, Dizziness, Nausea. Any Ideas? Have Anxiety

I have extreme fatigue , heavy head, dizziness , nausea . This happens frequently , almost always in evening. I will usually fall asleep and then wake up feeling worse than before. Any ideas to help me? This is extremely debilitating and interferes greatly with my everyday life. I thought maybe it could be some kind of dehydration or something but it usually happens about once a week. Its been going on for a few months now. I am a 20 yr old female with no prior medical history and have never had anything wrong with me more major than the flu . I think I may suffer from anxiety a little though. But this cannot be just anxiety. It is the worst I have ever felt and I just want to get better.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Extreme fatigue, tiredness, headache, dizziness, nausea etc. with long duration should not be ignored. This happens more in evening and also when you wake up in morning you have non refreshing sleep. These symptoms are part of Anxiety or Mild Depressive Episode. In this disorder somatic features like you have are also see.
Treatment in form of medicines like SSRI as Escitalopram, Fluoxetine and SNRI as venlafexine, desvenlafexine are available. Non medicinal treatment or Psychological treatment as Cognitive Therapy is also useful.
Visit a good Psychiatrist for opinion.

Thanks.
