My girlfriend for the past year has been experiencing fatigue and in the last six months it has seemed like her immune system is shutting down on her She has developed chronic joint pain and fatigue from not getting enough sleep. .She has gotten sick more frequently than usual..Some days are worse than others and she is only 22
