Hello ,

I have studied your case.

calcification in chest can be benign or indicate metastatic lesion from breast

also there can be pain due to compression of nerve due to spinal disc bulge.
Nerve compression leads to radiating pain to arm, which gets aggravated in a particular position.

you need to continue physiotherapy ,you may need to continue for couple of months

you should do MRI and see for any nerve compresssion

INJ methylcobalamine once in week will reduce bee sting sensation

you need complete blood investigation

Take care.
