Fatigue, Unintentional Weight Loss, Gastrointestinal, Chest Pain, Tingling In Legs. Lymphocyte Count Rising. Due To Sjogrens Syndrome?

Hi,
Ive had fatigue, unintentional weight loss of 10 pounds, gastrointestinal pain including loose bowels, intermittent chest pain, tingling in legs and red inflammed eyes. I also have whitish film on tongue that does not scrape off. Negative for STDs and thrush. Had full gi workup included CT scan of abdomen and pelvis, endoscopy and colonoscopy all reported normal. I had recent positive SSA ro test and waiting for Rheumy appt. Possible Sjogrens. Had recent CBC differential which was all in range except lymphocytes which were high at 4.6. My lymphocyte count is rising compared to last 2 CBCs does Sjogrens Syndrome cause raised lymphocyte count? Total WBC Count was 10.1. Thank you.
