Fatigued, Short Dizzy Spells, Brittle Fingernails, More Than Usual Hair Loss. Solution ?

I have been fatiqued for a few weeks. Even with a good nights sleep I feel tired throughout the day. I sometimes have short dizzy spells. My hair is coming out more than usual, and my fingernails are very brittle. I have been eating healthy, because I am following weight watchers and was working out at least 5 times a week. (I have slowed down a bit with this) I have lost 47 lbs. since October and reached goal in May. I was feeling great, then the fatique, etc.started.

Hi !

From your history it seems that you could be suffering from iron deficiency anaemia and other vitamin deficiencies. You need to check your haemoglobin status. For correction of your problems you need to oral iron supplements and
multi vitamin tablets for atleast one month.

Hope i have answered your question
