Feel Heaviness In Head. Frequent Headaches. What Is The Problem?

I am feeling always tired in my head. It feels heavy almost 90% of the day. I only want to sleep so I can't move it. I exercise eat well but find I have become antisocial because I worry ill get a headache at the worse times. I'm only 52, but I have always suffered headaches my entire life. I am now having anxiety each day because of it.

Hi

It is important to rule out conditions that can cause weakness like anemia, hypothyroidism, infections, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. I will advise that you get detailed blood tests before we describe it as psychological. Weakness itself can cause headaches.
