Feel Light Headed, Giddy, Back Pain, Low Albumin Level. What To Do?

Hi, I feel light headed, giddy, have some marked water retention through out the body and an occassional blunt headache. tests over the weekend revealed low albumin level although I have been taking a considerable amount of protein. I also wake up with a dull pain in the back on both sides but not on the surface.
