when i walk even for a short distance, feel tired and pain in chest. open heart surgery has been done 10 yrs back. and now there is elevated level of creatinine in blood and doc has advised angiography to see the blockage. what is creatinine and its role to my heart, advise...........

The discomfort you are experiencing is most probably related to heart disease (heart failure or ischemic heart disease).
To rule out ischemic heart disease is recommended the angiography.
The angiography should be done with care when the creatine level is high because can lead to renal damage and renal failure.
