Feel Very Cold Like Am Freezing And After Covering Up The Body With Blanket, Body Becomes Very Hot Like On Fire. Reason?

Hi, please i need help, am a young man 23/24 years of age, am having this feeling for 3 days now. At first i feel very cold feel like am freezing, after i go to bed and cover up my body with all the blankets in my house for like an hour, My body will now become very hot, hot like fire and feet too become very hot.

Please what is wrong with me?
I hope u will all understand my english because i know its terrible.

Hello,

It is evening rise of temperature. It is basically causes by number of infections. The commonest one been Tuberculosis.
I would advise paracetamol for a couple of days to control the temperature.
If no improvement the consult your doctor and get evaluated.
