General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi thanks for posing your worry on healthcare magic
the tingling sensation could be as a result of nerve compression or what we call carpal tunnel syndrome.
you may need a corticoid infiltration, vitamine B, and maybe surgery to help decompress the nerve.
in anycase, you need to see a neurologist for proper assessment and treatment
thanks for understanding.
