My temp is about 99.2 the first half of the day and goes down in evening and I tend to feel better in evening also. I have carpal tunnel symptoms muscle join t pain and odd sensations like numbness tingling. Have had joint swelling for several years now, and a year ago was diagnosed with joint hypermobility. Life is getting hard, feel very stiff especially my back and hands. Please advise why this is happening the temp rise and horrible fatigue has been lasting around a week now. Have had an MRI of brain and chest x ray both normal. Have an appointment in 2 weeks with doc.
