Feeling Feverish And Cold. Need Medication.

I am feeling feverish and feeling cold also and I am in office with AC on. I just had my lunch. Which medicine to take for fever Zifi 200 or diclofenac sodium & paracetamol tablets. These medicines doctor prescribed to me last week when i had back sprain with unberable pain. She gave pain killer injection and gave this two medicines. I went to water park on satuday and after coming from there i had headache(i was wearing cap and tied my long heres under it,the cap and hairs got wet all the time).yesterday slept with cooler on....and today have fever...

You may have an infection either viral or bacterial. It is likely to help your symptoms if you take the diclofenac and paracetamol tablets. This will help any headache and will also help reduce your fever which is likely to make you feel symptomatically better.
