Feeling Fullness In Ears, Pulsating Whooshing Sound, Pain. Tubes Inserted And Adenoids Removed. Suggestions?

Hi I had long term t tubes inserted in both my ears and my adenoids removed 3 days ago and ever since my ears have had a feeling of fullness like a constant cotton wool feeling and are not equalising properly (a feeling of deafness) I also have a pulsating whooshing sound in my left ear constantly! It hurts when I burp and yawn like a feeling of air pressing against my ear drum, I'm hoping this is something to do with my adenoids, but I very worried as I can't do anything whilst they are feeling like this.

hi..
you have blocked eustacian tube, due to upper respiratory tract infection, includes pharyngitis, tonsilitis or adeniods..
this will lead to acute serous otitis media..for which gromet insertion is done..
see your ENT surgeon for the diagnosis..
all the very best..
