Feeling Heavy In Head, Sitting In Front Of Computers For Long Period, Wearing Spectacles. Suggestions?

My husband is having heaviness of head for the last one month off and on he works long hours in front of computer he gets up in the morning feeling fine but during the corse of the day he starts getting heaviness of head. He is going to be 44 years old and wears glasses for long distance maybe his vision for short distance is going bad

Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Well his eyes getting worse would be the simplest solution, but it isnt necessarily the right one. But I believe it is always best to get the obvious things out of the way first, as such I recommend you have your husband have his eyes checked.
Another obvious reason would be spending too much time infront of the computer, it can lead to headaches and a feeling of heaviness in the head, so that is worth looking into as well.
If both of these dont help, then you should see a doctor, we can run some tests - check his blood, maybe his thyroid hormone level and based on that treat him.
