Feeling Hot Always, Not Sweating, Feeling Hydrated, Racy Heart, Dizziness. Cure For Symptoms?

HI , I AM ALWAYS HOT BUT NOT SWEATING AT ALL. I DO TAKE THYROID MEDS BUT MY BLOODWORK COMES BACK NORMAL. THIS HOT FEELING MAKES ME ILL AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I WILL PASS OUT. ON VACATIONS I AM GOOD FOR SIGHTSEEING FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES THEN I GET SO OVERHEATED I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO FAINT AND BE SICK. ITS LIKE MY BODY GETS TOO OVERHEATED AND I HAD A TEMP ONCE WHEN THIS HAPPENED AND WE WERE OUT OF TOWN. ITS FRIGHTENING AND I AM NOT ENJOYING LIFE AT ALL. I DO KEEP HYDRATED ESPECIALLY WHEN I FEEL LIKE THIS I UP MY WATER INTAKE EVEN MORE. I AM PLANNING TO GO TO ENGLAND FOR VACATION BUT THIS IS HOLDING ME BACK. I CAN'T EVEN GROCERY SHOP WITHOUT FEELING OVERHEATED, SHAKY, DIZZY AND SOMETIMES RACY HEART. HELP

Thank for asking to HCM, reassess the thyroid profile adjust the dose of pills accordingly, if you have stated the exact clinical condition in the sens of thyroid gland then I would give you proper advise, please be in touch with HCM for further assist, Have good Day
