Feeling Lethargic And Struggling For Energy. Taking Vitamin Tablets. What Else Can Be Done?
Hi, I am feeling constantly lethargic and am struggling with energy and have had an awful headache for a few days. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and am bloated. I also get the odd pain in my left side. I have also noticed that my urine has a stronger smell than usual. I am also have restless sleep. I wake up early but I'm still tired. I have been taking 5000iu vitamin d tablets as we havent had much sunshine in the UK and i suffer with SAD. i have been taking calcium tablets aswell (i understand you need calcium to absorb the vitamin d). Any advise would be appreciated.
hi, thanks for your query, first i clear one thing that absorption of vit d no need to calcium but absorption of calcium vit d is required. and for you constant lethargic feeling first investigate your hemoglobin level, total WBC count and ESR. for slighi infection in your body. this may produce slight fever which causes lethargy. if these come negative then take multivitamine. and take good health. gate well soon
