Hello,
Just had hernia repair with bowl resection due to turned gangrene. That was three weeks ago, this past weekend woke up feeling like flu, all joints sore and pain, but not flu. Headache, cold, warm, then my skin feels sensitive especially when showering. I was doing great after surgery, now my stomach is feeling extremely sore.

You might be suffering from late post surgical infection probably a sepsis. You will need to get blood work done at a hospital or clinic so the cause can be detected and treatment provided. Your symptoms are obviously that of an infection but that need to be confirmed in the lab so that appropriate treatment can be provided.
Hope this helps
