Feeling Like Needle Sensation In Center Of Chest. Suffering From Asthma, Taking Inhaler. Any Ideas?

My daughter is complaining about a "needle sensation" in the center of her chest. She has Mild Asthma and takes her inhaler twice a day. She mentioned this yesterday and I gave her an albuterol treatment and she felt better. Now she is mentioning it again. Its been over 24 hours since the first incident, what could be the reason. She's been on her inhaler for about 2 months now
