Feeling Of Raw Skin At Back Of Thigh, Itched And Burned. Bumps On Cheeks And Bad Tooth Muscle
2 days ago I had the feeling of raw skin down the inside and back of my thigh, the next morning it itched and burned by noon I had little bumps showing up on my but cheek. now 2 days from start I have this rash all the way down to my ankle and it feels like bee's. It also feels like a very bad tooth/ear ache in the muscle.. I am pretty sure it is shingles and my doctor over the phone agreed and called in an antiviral. which I havent picked up yet.. I am also thinking it my be just inside the vagina and anus now does this still sound like shingles? I cant find anything like this in the info i've found. Thanks for you help.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The rash and the symptoms that you have described can be related to herpes or allergic dermatitis. A nerve root involvement is also likely. A direct examination by a physician is the best way to get this diagnosed. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
