Feeling Of Something In Throat Pressing Into Esophagus, Difficulty Swallowing. Test Showed Bilateral Mild Lymphadenopathy. Suggest

I have a feeling of something in my throat for several years and now when I touch the right side of my neck, I don't have pain, but it feels like something pressing into my esophagus and I have a hard time swallowing. Acid reflux was ruled out and just had a thyroid ultrasound which was normal, but test result listed bilateral mild lymphadenopathy. I am frustrated with this feeling of something in my throat and no answers. Any questions to ask my doctor on next visit.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
You can ask your doctor - to rule out Tuberculosis by Lab. tests, FNAC.

If FNAC shows any sign of secondary nodes, then your doctor has to diagnose and identify the Primary lesion,

Wishing you all the best and quick recovery.
