Feeling Of Tiredness And Loss Of Energy Even After Proper Rest. What Should Be Done?

I'm easily feel tired for a couple of years and i take a rest or sleep to recharged or boost my energy back. But for the past 3 months, what bothers me, when i take a sleep at night or in the afternoon, I woke up and I still feel tired, and it felt like I did not take a sleep at all, i try to sleep again and wish that all my sleepiness and tiredness went away, but this has failed for this few months. Please tell me what do I need to do?

what tiredness u r mentioning here is due to lack of energy/lack of interest due to laziness..our body has biological clock called circadian rhythm for optimal engery and efficacy..
how to maintain that biological clock??
change ur lifestyle...how??
plan a timetable,wen to wake up,wen to eat,wen to work,wen to exercise,wen to relax and sleep..
please keep everyday minimum of 30mins for intense exercise.
eat healthy and good food,atleast half bowl of vegetable or fruit salad every meals of day and night...will keep ur
intestine clean and healthy,regular which makes u feel fresh... drink lots and lots of water...also helps to keep ur kidneys and intestine regular and flush out every waste without accumulating...try out and let me know,how u felt..:)
