Feeling Random Pulses In The Body, Arms And Legs. Suggestion And Treatment?

5 5 , 115, 27 y/o female, no medical history and NKA. Not on any medication at all. Feeling random pulses, as if electrical, in my body. Used to always occur on my left arm; now occasionally in my right arm, and the first time tonight in my right leg (pain caused my to fall to the floor as I was walking when it hit). Any thoughts? Please? :)

Random pulses what you are feeling could be muscle twitches according to me.This happens due to weakness in the nerves. Takin multivitamins will help here.

If you are sure that the pulses are arterial pulses then getting an ECG would be recommended.
