Feels Dizzy, High Blood Pressure, Sushi, Diarrhoea. Food Poisoning?

I am feeling dizzy to the point of passing out. I am 35 with high bp but am medicated properly and my bp is 113/62. I ate sushi tonight and am worried about food poisoning . I have also experienced diarrhea since eating it 4hrs ago.

Please visit an E R as soon as possible. You might be hypovolaemic(dehydration) due to both your medication and the water loss due to diarrhea. you might need further medication and adjustments in the old ones.Drink plenty of saline water with sugar.Wish you good luck.Hope you find my suggestion useful.
