Feels Like Didnt Sleep, Dreaming, Even After Sleeping 8-10 Hours. Why Am I Experiencing This?
Hello, For the past few years I have been waking up and feeling as if I have not slept at all even when I have had a solid 8-10 hours sleep. I spend most of my day exhausted and looking for a place to rest. Also, it is like my brain is fogged over, and it feels almost as if I am dreaming all day. My legs are constantly sore, as-well as my back. This whole thing scares me for I am only in my early 20 s.
Sleeping for hours is not important . Sleeping at correct time is important , i suggest u to do some kind of physical activity in early morning , so tha u start ur day with a workout in morning ... The go for ur job.... Have ur dinner before 8:30 pm ... U vl automatically feel tired and sleepy... Medications do help but u cant stick to them as they also cause sleep disturbance... Ur leg pain , back pain every thing vl go once ur sleeping well..
