Feels Like My Heart Stops ?
Every now and then i get a sensation like my heart stops (for about 3 seconds), with a heavy pressure over my chest. then, it s like it finally takes a breath and beats again. Is this something to be concerned about?

Yes see a doctor right away.
What you describe sounds like a skipped or early heartbeat. Heavy pressure over your chest with this sensation = heart pain!
Even if the feeling is only brief, the cause must be diagnosed & treated. You had more than once or twice, so it's a serious sign.

If you have a feeling of heart stopping with heaviness in chest then it may be due to :-
-heart problem like ischaemia (reduced blood supply to heart);heart block
-anxiety and mental stress
Please visit a ER or a hospital and get a ECG done to rule out heart problem.If the ECG shows any changes due to heart problems they will start treatment and if the ECG is normal and you have this problem due to anxiety then the doctor will prescribe you anxiolytic.
