Feels Sick, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizzy And Cold While Travelling For Long. Looking For Treatment
For some reason, after almost any time when I ve been travelling by car or by airplane for more than about 2 hours I get a weird delayed sickness. Sometimes it s a cold and sometimes it s nausea , vomiting , dizziness . It can be hours or days after travel is over when I feel sick. What is this? And what can I do about it?

Keeping yourself well hydrated during after the travel will be helpful. Electrolyte disturbances like hyponatraemia may be the cause. You also need to rule out a middle ear disease with the help of your ENT specialist.
