Feels Very Dizzy. Right Ear Sounds In Slow Motion Like Someone Is Talking In A Voice Synthesizer. What Does The Findings Mean?
I woke up this morning it felt like my right side of head had pressure in it and in my ear it feels clogged just my right side. The weird part is I'm very dizzy sometimes and I constantly feel in a daze All day I felt like I was high. When someone talks to me in my right ear it sounds almost in slow motion sometimes like someone is talking in a voice synthesizer like I feel really dizzy. Thank you for taking the time my name is aaron
The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest that you might be having Otitis media (infection/inflammation of the middle ear) most probably Serous Otitis media (Otitis media with Effusion/Glue ear)
In this condition, the middle ear cavity gets filled with serous fluid, resulting in bulging of tympanic membrane (eardrum) & interference with transmission of sound resulting in conductive hearing loss.
Local examination of the ear along with tests like Audiometry & Tympanometry will help in clinching the diagnosis & determining the degree of hearing loss. Depending upon this, further steps for management can be taken.
So, it will be better to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation & exclusion of other causes of hearing loss.
Wishing you a Good Health. Take care.
