Dear Patient,

You describe us your pain in detail. Do you have any tingling and numbness with it?

Does the pain radiates from neck or its continuously in hands?

Do you have difficulty in holding things, making grip, buttoning unbottoning?

The type of pain you are describing seems to be due to some nerve compression, may be a result of Cervical Spondylosis and related conditions.

My sincere advise to you is to get an X-Ray of your cervical spine - AP & Lateral view. Upload the image to here and reply with answers of my questions. As well as with basic details of yours, age, sex, occupation.

Stay Healthy
